Our latest acquisition is a Hermle C400 machining centre for high precision milling and drilling. In addition to its 5-axis machining capacity, there is also a Hedelius RS 605K and a Hedelius C80 / 2300 machining centre for 3-axis machining. Our DMG Mori Seiki (Gildemeister) NEF 600 is ready for your turning operations while a Kent KGS-615 carries out surface grinding. For high-precision measurements and adjustments, we rely on our Zoller smile 400. We carry out the shrink fitting and balancing with Haimer machine tools. A Kläger saw processes materials of up to 230mm in diameter. For welding, there are two EWM Phoenix 421 pulse devices. In addition, we work with reliable trade partners for surface treatments like hardening, burnishing, galvanizing and so on. Our machinery enables us to produce a wide range of components, including high-quality parts for racing and motorsport, as well as spare parts for classic cars that are hard to find.
